Before building GetReviews, he saw the same problem across hundreds of brands: happy customers rarely leave reviews on their own, and the workarounds most sellers reached for — review gating, incentivized positive reviews, selective routing — were the exact tactics putting their accounts at risk. GetReviews was built to solve that gap without crossing marketplace policy lines.
