A product is an item your customer purchases, either through a marketplace or directly from your website. Each product has unique attributes that help GetReviews display the correct post-purchase experience, marketplace destination, product image, and customer feedback flow.
This guide explains how to create a product in GetReviews and how to configure the product details.
On the Products page, click "Add Product."
Then complete the required fields to create your product.
This is the name of your product.
The product name is shown to customers when they identify which product they purchased, so it should match the product name used on the marketplace or website where the product was purchased.
Eligible offers are the optional bonuses, warranties, loyalty benefits, discounts, digital products, giveaways, or other customer incentives connected to this product's post-purchase experience.
For example, if a customer purchased this product, this section allows you to choose which optional offer or benefit may be available to them.
Important: Offers, bonuses, warranties, giveaways, or rewards should not be conditional on leaving a review. Customers should be able to access eligible offers regardless of whether they choose to leave a review.
This is an image of your product.
Similar to the product name, the product image may display when your customer selects the product they purchased. Make sure the product image matches the product image used on the marketplace or website where the product was purchased.
Input the product ID for the marketplace or platform where this product is sold.
If a product has a product ID populated and is assigned to a survey, the customer may be able to select which marketplace or platform they purchased the product from.
For example, if you populate Amazon and Walmart product IDs, then a customer who selects this product may be asked whether they purchased it from Amazon or Walmart.
If you sell products on your own custom website, you may use any internal product value in the GetReviews product settings.
